About Role :
- We are looking to hire driven, energetic, self motivated candidates with excellent research skills and team handling skill to focus on growing the business by increasing reach of the company to the potential clients.
Role and Responsibility :
1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities, maximize revenue generation and lead closures.
2. Setting up meetings/Site visits with potential clients and listening to their concerns.
3. Providing guidance to clients in purchasing property. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints.
4. Gather client's feedback from team and share with upper management.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and sales target.
6. Handle clients with ease & efficiency. Develop our business as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company Policies.
Candidate Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree in marketing or relevant work experience (3-5 years)
2. Good Communication skill, Result-oriented.
3. Self-driven personality and should have team handling skill.
Salary : negotiable (based on experience.)
