Hyphen - Performance Marketing Specialist (1-5 yrs)
The Job responsibilities will include :
- Creating and executing a paid performance marketing media plan & execution strategy.
- Managing budgets and optimizing campaigns across all paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc) to drive strong ROI & efficient CAC.
- Monitors specific SEO efforts; gathers and analyzes data and reports results to the team.
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Required Skills/Abilities :
- 1 - 5 Years SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads- Facebook Ads and Linkedin Ads.
- Adept in and experienced with website analytics tools e.g- Google Analytics.
- Experience generating SEM reports.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- A Bachelor's degree is a must.
