What do we do :

Verifying 'who they say they are' online, right from the Nigerian prince scams to email-imposters who claim to be the company's CEO - the problem is ever evolving and growing along with the internet's growth. Thus, building the Identity Infrastructure for Internet scale is indeed a critical step to empower new-age businesses to grow. We've solved this challenge really well & validated the identities of 900 million+ customers until date (More than 7% of the world's population)

What will you anchor for us :

As part of our rapid growth plan, we have setup a specialised Market Research vertical to support the sales function with in depth background research on sectors, companies and buyer profiles for the sales team to conduct the prospecting with utmost efficiency.

As an early addition to this team, we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Market Research Representative (MRR) to help us achieve the same. The MRR will research, compile, and analyze information on market segments to identify potential new markets, sales opportunities, and the most effective methods of marketing specified products.

Outcomes expected :

As a MR Representative, you are in charge of supporting the outbound prospecting efforts with relevant data and insights.

Creating a Universe Target List of Accounts for Outbound BDR and Sales Teams

1. Understand the HyperVerge business and product suite for India and Global Geographies

2. Identify sectors relevant to HyperVerge products and offerings and understand their working and regulatory aspects for all geographies that HyperVerge operates in.

3. Develop list of ICP accounts & collect data to support account prioritisation and outreach activity

4. Create account maps to understand Business Units, scale, and decision makers. Helping sales to prioritise BUs & personalise outreach.

5. Identify prospects within accounts and enrich contact details

Maintaining the data on the CRM tool (Hubspot)

1. Create accounts and enrich preliminary information on CRM

2. Periodically clean and update the existing data on CRM

Critical Skills :

1. Must be curious, and should be able to take feedback well - The MRR is expected to work closely with the Sales teams. Since the Sales team will always be at the forefront of customer prospecting and interactions, it is important for the MRR to adapt from the continuous feedback which they receive from the sales folks from time to time.

2. Search engines and business research tools acumen with attention to detail - The individual needs to be able to search, understand & extract very specific data points from very unstructured forms of data (typically google search based) in order to process and relate the information across different industries and markets. Should have the analytical skills to know where to source the right data points from.

3. Strong communication and presentation skills - A good Sales representative (which the MR Representative will eventually evolve into) needs strong communication skills when gathering information, interpreting data, and presenting them neatly in the form of presentations, emails, calls, etc.

4. Basic knowledge of excel functions and lookups - Should be able to use excel with ease for basic operations, data manipulations and transformations

Bonus Skills :

1. Familiarity with CRM programs (Hubspot/Salesforce) - One of the core competencies expected from the MR Analyst is to maintain the data in our CRM software. Hence, an understanding and experience in working with CRM tools is a good to have.

2. Familiarity with Prospecting Tools (SalesNav, ZoomInfo, Lusha)
