Hypersonix.ai is disrupting the Analytics space with AI, ML and NLP capabilities to drive real-time business insights with a conversational user experience, enabling decisioning at the speed of thought. Hypersonix.ai has been built ground up with new age technology to simplify the consumption of data for our customers in various industry verticals.Hypersonix is looking for a Marketing Director.

As a Marketing Director at Hypersonix, you will be leveraging your experience and expertise to give direction to our marketing initiatives, and drive growth for key marketing metrics with the team.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Lead our marketing team & build a culture obsessed with excellence

- Own the growth of 360-degree marketing metrics including Social Media, SEO/SEM and Content.

- Build customer case studies and success stories to drive demand and grow the sales pipeline

- Drive the top line for the company, with the demand generation activities to ensure a solid sales funnel

- Drive SEO - SEM activities, and optimise the spend for customer acquisition

- Lead the PR activities and be a thought leader and industry influencer

- Develop a consistent messaging and positioning across channels to help drive marketing KPIs, and drive revenue pipeline creation

- Conceptualise, devise and implement a lead / demand generation framework

Criteria : 

- The ideal candidate must have:

- 15+ years of marketing experience, in fast-paced, B2B SaaS-based product companies (agency background is a plus)

- A deep understanding of AI-Analytics and Consumer Commerce Space

- Driven marketing initiatives in the US geography

- Team management experience

- A good understanding of product marketing, performance marketing and organic marketing

- Successful track record of performance marketing programs which has lead to increased revenue generation / customer acquisition cost optimization
