We are hiring 5 Business Development Associates at hyperbay.in only for Gurgaon/Gurugram

- We are looking for a resourceful candidate who can take ownership of the assigned job responsibilities and deliver results with minimum supervision.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following :
- Expand footprint of the Organization by acquiring new merchants
- Planning & executing and lead generation activities.
- Will be responsible for meeting SLA's
- Maintain existing accounts and relationships
- Ensure revenue growth
- Promote the value of the company
- Enhanced interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Should be able to pursue, convince, influence decision and close deals
- Understand and check what the competitors are doing
- Responsible for Lead Generation.
- Building and leading a team of business development professionals
- Achieve business targets measured on various parameters.
- Protect and promote the value of the company
- Maintain effective business relations
- Competition tracking
- Good communication skills and confident attitude
