Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities :
- Developing new categories, product planning and roadmap.
- Monitor/track the monthly performance of brands and budgets.
- Deliver the objectives in terms of Sales, Profit margins, SPP, ATV, Category-wise KPIs.
- Product pricing & bundling strategy.
- Develop and execute innovative promotional plans to improve sales.
- Plan the Mega promotion/festivals.
- Improving margins and achieving margin targets.
- Manage all interface with suppliers/brands.
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA with 7 to 10 years of experience in Category Management in Travel Retail / Duty Free Business.
- Experience in handling Liquor, Tobacco, Souvenirs/Gifts Category is preferred.
