Manager, Sales Operations

The candidate would be the primary point of contact for the Sales and Sales Development and Inside Sales teams .You would be responsible for sales ops leadership, lead generation, sales forecasting, productivity, CRM maintenance and improvement, and other sales operations functions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of core products and services, and utilize this knowledge to successfully lead sales operations.

- Be the key Go-to person for Sales, Sales Development and Inside Sales Compensation & Reporting.

- Effectively manage CRM maintenance and improvement

- Effectively manages sales-development calling and other sales operations functions, such as sales forecasting, sales activity reports and productivity.

- Create and maintain a world-class sales operations organization and sales culture; focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of sales and sales development staff.

- Identify opportunities and weaknesses within territories, and make proposals to create value and increase operational efficiency.

- Create and manage effective processes around sales operations

- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Finance, Product Development) to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers.
