Position title: KAM - City Head

Reports to: AVP - Operations

As a KAM city manager you are responsible for end to end Client management & Deliverables

- KAM manager will conduct meeting with all clients in his/her respective city once in a month.

- KAM manager will work hand-on-hand with City Ops Head, City Supply Head

- KAM manager will give directions to Operations Area Managers, Site Heads & Supply managers

- In case of delay in deliverables, KAM will escalate the matter to Level-2, Level-3, Level-4 (City wise hierarchy)

KAM manager should have required understanding of the financial health of geographical area (city) allocated.

- Product knowledge i.e. complete understanding of HB model

- Ensure Area Managers are following client wise SOP- s

- Ensure all other functions will deliver as per client requirements and HB terms

Personal grooming standards as set by the company for self

KAM manager will have a work closely with following teams:

1. Food safety & hygiene

2. Supply - To work closely for vendor management

3. Demand - Assist demand team as and when required

4. Launch - To assist as and when required

5. Finance - To assist as and when required

Prerequisites :

1. Good command over both written and spoken English

2. Excellent personal grooming along with a pleasing personality

3. Good knowledge of food & beverage service.

4. 5 to 7 years of work experience in Client Handling & Ops

a. F&B operations is add-on

5. Knowledge of MS Office and other basic computer skills
