Human Peritus - Manager - Customer Success (2-6 yrs)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join Human Peritus ( https://humanperitus.in/) . As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for understanding student requirements and providing them with appropriate solutions to their problems. Your primary role is to act as a mentor and guide to students and ensure they have a positive learning experience.

Responsibilities:

- Understand and identify student needs and provide solutions to their problems

- Guide students through their learning journey and ensure they have a positive experience

- Maintain a strong understanding of the institute's offerings and communicate this information to students

- Actively seek out and address student feedback and concerns, providing solutions to resolve issues

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless student experience

- Monitor and analyze student engagement and success rates to identify areas for improvement

- Conduct regular check-ins with students to ensure they are on track with their learning goals

- Provide ongoing support and resources to help students achieve their learning objectives

- Collaborate with the institute's marketing team to promote student success stories and positive experiences.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically

- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset

- A passion for education and helping students succeed

- Experience working in an online learning environment is a plus.
