About Huddle :

Huddle is a start-up incubator working with some of the most promising early-stage start-ups in India to help them scale their ideas. Our current portfolio includes companies from across the country and we work with some of the leading venture capitalists, corporates and other early stage investors in India.

We are a five-member team based in Gurugram consisting of Sanil Sachar (Partner), Ishaan Khosla (Partner), Suhail Chander (Partner), Raghav Syal (Analyst) and Ankur Pandey (Network Manager). We are looking for a Marketing Executive to add to our team.

The candidate will have a terrific opportunity to lead Huddle's marketing efforts.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Planning and executing posts and campaigns on Huddle's digital marketing channels for our Incubation and Co-working businesses.

- Defining and monitoring marketing KPIs and delivering insights to the team.

- Working on the marketing strategy and identifying areas of improvement in the marketing activities of our portfolio companies.

- Identifying and activating new online and offline marketing avenues for Huddle.

- Supporting in conceptualizing and organizing community events.

Qualifications and Attributes:

- Undergraduate degree (in any field) from a reputed institution.

- Prior experience in digital marketing.

- Proficiency in social media marketing with a detailed understanding of advertising on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Willingness to learn about India's burgeoning start-up ecosystem and latest industry trends.
