1) Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; and developing customized targeted sales strategies.

2) Build the company's professional network through trust and reliability to develop a strong database of qualified leads.

3) Plan and oversee new sales strategies, inputs, and resources & must have ability to multi-task and deliver stretch targets.

4) Effectively engaging with the clients and making new alliances to establish rapport and give excellent product demonstration.

4) Should master a strong follow-up.

5) Must have the ability to create and manage strong influencing relationships for business to encourage repeat & long-term business.

6) Ensure proper knowledge of products and know how to present to the client to ensure that maximum prospective & promising leads are converted.

7) Ensure normal sales accounts are converted to large sales accounts and strategic accounts.

Candidate Profile :

- Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.

- Possess strong business / sales sense.

- High energy, result oriented, clear thinking, positive and having good closure skills.
