Hiring for a role of 'Hub Manager (Sales and Operations)'
About the role :
We're looking to hire a dynamic Operations & BD Executive/Manager who will support the ops & growth functions with actionable data and insights
Job responsibilities :
- Maintain dashboards and trackers to closely monitor ops metrics
- Run day to day battery swapping operations
- Ensure daily reconciliation & deposit of cash revenue
- Co-own & drive programs with senior leaders
- Team handling.
- On-boarding of customers (e-rickshaw drivers)
- Driving sales and achieving defined targets.
- Taking ownership and defining new SOPs for the project.
Qualifications and skills :
- Relevant work experience in operations and BD
- Individual willing to roll up their sleeves and get the hands dirty
- Strong team player.
- High intent of getting things done
- Strive for excellence. Strong commitment to improve things every day
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree is a must/Masters would be an add on advantage.
- Local geographical knowledge is a must.
- Min 2 years of work experience in relevant fields.
