We are looking for an energetic and highly self-motivated Sales Manager from coworking background to join our close-knit thriving team. The roles and responsibilities for this position are as follows :
- Communicate with the leads generated by the Marketing team and ensure conversion into sales
- Accelerate sales conversions by understanding client needs and persuading them on the respective rates
- Maximize occupancy of all the centers
- Finalize the deals and execute contractual agreement / paperwork
- Partnering with Aggregators to create a Sales pipeline
- Work on lead generated from Brokers or Online Portals
- Coordinating across all locations to ensure smooth client visits
- Building a good broker network for accelerated sale conversions
