- Address Outbound calls to the tune to 150-300 per day.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails (Assigned based on temerity)
- Sell products and place customer orders/requests in the system
- Identify and escalate issues to the Manager
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Upsell products and services
- Complete call logs
- Other duties as assigned
Excellent Communication (English and Hindi)
