Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible to handle tele sales team.
- Responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly basis revenue targets.
- Responsible for Shrinkage & attrition control.
- Consistently build, track and handle a pipeline of opportunities in CRM, provide accurate forecasts, delight customers by exceeding inbound sales service levels.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 4-6 years of experience in Inside Sales handling outbound calls with targets.
- Minimum 3 Years Team handling experience (Must)
- Excellent communication & reporting skills.
- Capable of learning on the fly.
- Exceptional business acumen, customer focus, listening skills, negotiating & influencing ability.
- Expert at lead management and consistently overachieves conversion targets from all the lead sources.
