HT Media - Key Account Manager (5-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients.
- Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Understand the client's industry, business model, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to key accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.
