HOWL - Graphic Designer (1-5 yrs)
Graphic Designer
Responsibilities :
1. Be on time, be dependable and always ask questions
2. Work with your fellow designers and assigned copywriters to create new and refreshing designs and creatives
3. Create functional design solutions that cut across platforms (Social Media, Website, E-mailers, Offline Collaterals, etc)
4. Brainstorm and ideate content creatives with your brand teams
5. Suggest innovations and live outside the box
6. Bring your vision and concepts to life
- It is not only welcomed but celebrated
7. Understand the right balance between communication (narrative) and design such that it gets the message across
8. Work on pitches to bring in newer projects and brands
9. Most importantly, you will push yourself to deliver quality
