Housr - Manager - Business Development (4-6 yrs)
At Housr we seek dynamic professionals with a hustler mindset to help us become India's biggest co living brand.
- Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short term and long term supply.
- Identify and finalizing new properties and, maintaining relationships with all stakeholders to run these properties profitably.
- Proposing potential deals by contracting potential partners: discovering and exploring opportunities
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in sales and business development preferably from a Co living and/or IPC organization.
- Focused and possess sales mindset. Must have a hustler attitude to independently generate and pursue lead.
- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground.
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self- motivated to achieve goals.
- Demonstrate high presentation, prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Maintaining Client Relationships and trouble shoot problems as per the ground situations.
- Experience in early-stage startup environment would be an advantage.
