House of Rare - Senior Executive - Influencer Marketing & Public Relations (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage end to end influencer led campaigns including planning, building strategy, communicating brand/campaign requirements, and delivery.
- Plan and execute end-to-end Influencer marketing strategy and campaign for the brand
- Continuously scout for influencers from across the country to increase the number of creators pool for the brand
- Monitoring influencer marketing activities, tracking & analyzing data, post-campaign evaluation, identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement to meet campaign objectives
- Generating recap materials post-campaign execution to measure and evaluate the value, including ROI and performance metrics
- Track daily revenue and engagement through attribution platform and internal tools.
- Negotiate contracts with influencers/content creators and agencies
- Update and maintain the database of influencers
- Research, identify, qualify, and onboard new Influencers across all genres
- Be the subject matter expert for all influencer related information
- Stay updated on influencer trends in the market
- Identify the rising creators on the short-video platforms in India
- Day to day account management, including the review of influencer trackers, reports, recaps, maintaining database invoices, budget management, etc.
- Should formulate an influencer marketing calendar in accordance with business management team.
- Should be able to understand brand language and aesthetics, keep the same in mind while finalizing influence and content as well.
- Should be a team player and should work in sync with Marketing, Business and retention team.
- Manage media relations and act as a liaison between the brand and journalists, bloggers, and other media outlets
- Create and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry professionals
- Manage crisis communications and mitigate any potential negative publicity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve the brand's influencer marketing and PR strategies
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing and/or PR
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Knowledge of influencer marketing best practices and industry trends
- Understanding of media relations and the ability to build relationships with journalists and influencers
