About a DIRECTV Process :
- DirecTV is an American direct broadcast satellite service provider based in El Segundo, California, and is a subsidiary of AT&T. Its satellite service, launched on June 17, 1994, transmits digital satellite television and audio to households in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities :
- Team Leaders should have strategies that reshape our company's operations and cost structure, and our focused execution in the market will drive improved returns and value creation in the quarters and years ahead.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presence.
- Candidate must have three to four years of experience working as a Team Leader in the DIRECTV Process.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by
assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Manage budgets and update financial records.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of DIRECTV in the industry of Telecommunications and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

- Hands-on experience in the DIRECTV Process.
- Someone with Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated.
- Comfortable with Working in Night-Shift.
- Exhibit good customer skills handling.
- Good presentation skills & ability to convince customers.
- Energetic, Motivated & able to Elaborate the Product Details to the Customer.
