Position - Product Trainer
Location - Gurugram
Experience - 7 years + in SaaS-based / ERP product training.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive Training Sessions for New and Existing employees on Product Features, Benefits, and best use cases.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers, then customize training programs accordingly.
- Managing OJT performance of new hires
- Conduct refresher training (Process/Product) for employees as and when required.
- Work closely with the Operations, Business Excellence Quality, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, develop content, and deliver training.
- Identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for the learner,Evaluating skills and attending to the learner's challenges, organizing training materials and scheduling training sessions
- Submit timely reports to the management on progress.
- Should be willing to travel extensively.
Note :
- Candidate should have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Also should have a strong hold on financial/accounting/taxation & ERP products.
