Job description :

- The Business Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling customer service, analyzing data to make recommendations for finance and operational improvements, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Title : Business Coordinator

Job Summary : The job of a Business Coordinator is to support the daily operations of a business or organization. This can include tasks such as creating reports, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and communicating with various departments and outside partners. The Business Coordinator ensures that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, focusing on achieving the company's goals and objectives. They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of business operations and be able to work collaboratively with a team to achieve success.

Responsibilities :

1. Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.

2. Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.

3. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in person.

4. Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

5. Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.

6. Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.

7. Creating and maintaining client databases and mailing lists.

8. Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.

9. Providing effective administrative support.

Qualifications :

- 6 - 10 years of professional experience.

- Analytical Skills and Finance experience.

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Administrative Assistance and Customer Service experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
