Shift : Night Shift
Experience : 2 - 3 years working as a sales associate in DirecTV Only.
Education Qualification : Any Graduate
Location : Gurugram
Working days- 5 days, Work from Office
Salary - 30k to 35k.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities :
- Receiving a call from potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Accurately record details of customers' purchase orders.
- Convert incoming leads to prospective sales.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products/ software and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products/ software and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
