Hospitality Minds - Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities

As, Business Developer you'll need to:

1. Work under CEO of the company.

2. Perform market research of hotels.

3. Identify the hotels that need our services.

4. Arrange for meeting via call.

5. Handle the hotel setup phase along

with other team members.

6. Provide quality suggestions to hotels on how to improve their business.

7. Make proposals / deals to hotels.

Working Hours

- You'll usually work normal office hours, 10 am - 6:30 am, Monday - Saturday.

- However, you may have longer hours, including evening and end work, if working to a deadline.

Note - The candidate should be willing to travel and visit hotels.

Skills

You'll need to have:

- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

- Should be responsive to calls whenever it comes.

- Must be flexible to travel to any part of India.

- Must have good persuasive skills.

- Organized.

- Presentable.

- Soft Skills

Travel Benefits :

Employees who complete more than 1 year are eligible to get our associated Hotels at 50% off during off periods plus room upgrades (Contracted Hotels under List).

Employee who complete more than 3+ years in the company will get 1 honeymoon trip for free. Flight - train expenses have to be borne on their own. Hotel Stay - Sightseeing will be company sponsored.

Note - Company will give stay purely on its own discretion. Can be availed anytime within 6 months after wedding.

Employee who get more than 3 EOM in a financial year from the department are eligible to get a FAM trip once in a year. Where Flight expenses has to be paid on their own and rest will be company sponsored which will be with the team at some Holiday destination.

Team Picnics once in a year.

Trainings: -

Every employee must undergo training & it's compulsory for Each employee to go through 12 Hrs of training in a month. (It can be in parts).

This training will be related to growth in the department or company.

12 Hrs (Can be including company training - Within the company or External training - Seminars & webinars)
