Hiring UK/US Travel Sales Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handling queries from UK, over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings, travel insurance & car transfers/rentals.
- Determining client's needs and suggesting suitable travel packages on calls and Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach.
- Only B2C & B2B Inbound Voice Process offline sales. No tour handling and online sales/web sales Profiles.
- Responsible for Generating revenue for company Handling Inbound calls.
- Target based profile.
- Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow ups
- GDS knowledge is a must (Worldspan/Amadeus/Galileo)
Job Location: Noida sector 63
Experience: 2 to 15 Years
Salary Range: 25 K 70 K Plus Unlimited Incentives
Shift timings: 1:30 Pm- 10:30 Pm /5:30 Pm-2:30 Am (IST)
Week Offs: 5 days working (2 Offs rotational as per the roster updates)
Facility: Cabs Available
