Salary - As per standard
Shift timings : 1:30pm-10:30pm/5:30pm-2:30am (IST)
Week Offs : 5 days working (Offs rotational as per the roster updates) plus unlimited incentives
Facility : Cabs Available
Candidates must be from West Delhi/NCR/Ghaziabad/Noida Ext./Greater Noida
Job Description :
- Handling queries from UK, over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings, travel insurance & car transfers/rentals.
- Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales
- Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow ups
- Target based profile
Eligibility Criteria :
- Two + years of experience in UK Voice Process inbound/Outbound Travel Sales (US/UK Process).
- Only B2C & B2B (Voice Process) offline sales. No tour handling profiles. No online sales/web sales etc.
- Must have Excellent Communication Skill (both verbal & written in English).
- GDS knowledge is a must (Worldspan/Amadeus/Galileo).
- Good Geographical knowledge.
- Knows how to create PNR through GDS
- Salary and other benefits: negotiable as per the experience, Knowledge plus Unlimited Incentive Plans.
