- We are looking for a Marketing Associate who is passionate about brand building and is highly creative, with 1-2 years of exposure in campaign execution and follow-ups to achieve desired results.


- You should know online marketing tools, social media marketing, and copy-writing are desirable.

- Presence across various social media channels in a personal capacity and a natural and understanding flair for the medium and platforms

Experience in handling digital media assets such as the website, social media pages, GMB, WhatsApp, etc. is desirable

- Good oral and written communication skills and an eye for detail

- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders for synergy

SCOPE OF THE ROLE :

- Responsible for day-to-day management and ownership of digital touch-points

- Development of campaign ideas and execution to drive brand salience on digital media: conversations and engagement metrics

- Execution of Digi-local retail initiative for the brand to drive hyper-local digitally influenced walk-ins and revenue in stores with clear KPIs

- Development and execution of regional campaign ideas to drive BTL activities across the country

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Day-to-day management of the brand's digital media assets such as the website, social media pages, GMB, WhatsApp, etc.

- Continuous review and active management of all online assets to chase and lead digital growth metrics

- Understand the digital competitive arena. Bring new ideas based on competitive review of the digital ever-evolving landscape

- Drive the Brand's share of voice on the social media channels by creating exciting and engaging platform-specific content

- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns for Digi-local initiatives like ideation, creation, and distribution of collateral across various channels, and measurement of impact while working closely with the digital media team

- Drive BTL marketing campaigns across stores pan India

KEY DELIVERABLES :

- Drive digital marketing for the brand, handle conceptualization, creation, and deployment of digital assets across platforms, and ensure they are in line with Brand guidelines

- Craft and execute campaigns for Digi-local retail initiatives along with hyper-local communication crafted as per region

- Business understanding to identify regions that need a digital boost and initiating targeted campaigns to boost retail numbers
