Honey Bunches Production - Manager - Business Development (5-10 yrs)
1. Setting the sales strategy and identifying target sectors, brnds and content streams .
2. Coordinate and maintain strong relationship with various existing clients and mine new ones both domestic and international .
3. Liaise between the technical team and clients, as well as senior management and stakeholder.
4. Develop incentive and marketing programs for customer besides business prospecting and bidding.
5. Conduct client presentations and negotiations .
6. Should be equipped in preparing and presenting content pitches to existing and prospecting clients .
7. Help to guide the company response to existing sales pitches in various mediums including live events, TV, Film, radio and digital content.
8. Drive event site selection process and contract negotiations with venues, brands artists, other materials, A/V equipment, etc.
9. Achieve budget goals, through close monitoring of revenue and expenses, and propose corrective actions if needed.
10. Control expenses through regular reappraisal of vendors and purchasing methods, and negotiations of contract is beneficial.
11. Prepare and maintain budgets and monthly forecast for the expansion strategy and alert management about risks and deviations to pain, and make recommendations for corrective actions .
12. Accurately track results on a project basis i.e., sales margin revenue, expenses attendance, proportion and any other value etc.
