Homexchange - Executive - Customer Service (1-2 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Attend to all enquiries from clients

- Communicate with clients to identify the details of the homes the customers intend to sell

- Understand the from the clients the new homes they wish to purchase

- Maintaining customer records in Homexchange's CRM

- Explain the company's service to the clients

- Handle all clients in a very professional and courteous manner

- Be aware of all internal policies and processes

Minimum Requirements :

- Minimum 6 months of Experience in Real Estate

- Should have good communication skills - English, Hindi

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain integrity
