Homes247 - Senior Executive - Sales (1-5 yrs)
- Handle interested enquiries received from portals
- Call clients and understand their requirements
- Schedule Face-to-Face Meeting and propose suitable list of properties
- Follow-up with the clients for site visit; schedule and accompany
- Convince clients on their preferred property and work on Sales Closure
- Check for possible references from clients
- Handling Home Buyers Enquiries, Face to Face Meetings, Site visits and Closing Transactions
- Candidate should not be in Real Estate or construction industry
Location: Brigade Road, Bangalore
Experience: 1-4 Yrs. in Sales, Any Industry
Education: Any Degree/10+12
Salary Range: 20K to 30K
Mandatory:
- Two-wheeler and Driving license is a must
- Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Monday or Tuesday would be Week-off
