Business Development Associate Manager

Responsibilities :

- This role is a core part of our business development team.

- You will organize, manage, and interpret tasks and delegate where necessary.

- You will be responsible for overall team delivery and quality of work in line with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI- s)

- You will raise $100M from family offices and institutional investors

- You will organize private events for the smartest investors in the world

- You will play a critical role in helping families achieve their American dream

- You will ensure highest quality standards as it relates to project results

- You will build a team of sales associates to scale 10x every year

- Increase overall process efficiency

- Coordinating with investors regularly

- Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position

- Opportunity to learn and work on a CRM software

- Report directly to the CEO

Background (Desirable) : 3+ years experience in handling & building a sales team

- Experience working on a CRM software

- Experience working at a startup

- Graduate from Tier 1/Tier 2 engineering and/or business school
