Job Responsibilities :
- Communicate HomeCapital strategy & value propositions to senior level management of current and prospective alliance partners
- Negotiate new partner contracts, renew existing ones.
- Keep track of all potential partnership opportunities in a structured manner.
- Drive Sales for our existing Partners through our Program Network.
- Other internal assignments in the hyper-growth phase of the company.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- At least 3(SM)/7(AVP) years of experience in business development or partnerships role at a Real Estate or a Housing Finance Company.
- Have decent knowledge/experience of housing finance approval & disbursement processes and real estate sales process
- We value entrepreneurial candidates with character and judgement.
