Critical Skills and Abilities:

Experience : Minimum 2-5 year experience in Real Estate /Insurance/Banking/Retail

Job Description

- Manage clients from corporate and non-corporates

- Generate & Maintain the sales report

- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

- Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospect.

- Use leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporate, clubs, etc).

- Be compliant with operations process

 - Provide after-sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers

- Assist the client with Market and product knowledge

Experience -2- 5 Years

Industry Type-Real Estate / Property/Insurance/Banking

Education

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialisation

PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialisation

Compensation:

 Salary: As per Industry norms

There is no upper limit on incentives/commissions.
