Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the Founder to suggest and execute strategies for Business Development

- Understand the company business thoroughly - who we are, what we- re offering, who are our potential clients, how do we differentiate ourselves from others, changes in the company as we evolve etc.

- Research and Figure out various sources to generate potential leads in bulk on a continuous basis

- Help the Founder with segmenting potential leads, developing customized outreach and follow-up strategy for each segment and executing it to maximize their conversion into clients

- Conduct research on various platforms, remain actively engaged and share potential client companies

- Collate and maintain potential client information in the internal database

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor or Master degree from a top tier college with a strong intent to make career as a Business Development professional

- 0-1 years of experience in any field, experience in BD would be preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Must have excellent research, negotiation and persuasion skills

- A quick learner with hunger to grow personally and professionally

- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and equivalent Google software will be a plus
