Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in engaging our audience, building a strong social media presence, and creating captivating content to drive brand awareness and community growth. Responsibilities :

Content Creation and Curation :


- Assist in creating a visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms, focusing on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Curate and repurpose existing food content to maximize its reach and impact. Stay updated with emerging trends, popular food topics, and viral challenges to create relevant and timely content.

Video Editing and Design :


- Utilize Canva and other design tools to create eye-catching graphics, banners, and social media assets. Basic video editing skills to create and edit short-form videos for social media platforms. Ensure a consistent visual aesthetic across all social media channels.

Community Engagement and Management :


- Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster a sense of community by initiating and participating in conversations, discussions, and contests related to food and culinary experiences. Encourage user-generated content and actively collaborate with followers and influencers.

Trend Analysis and Innovation :


- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, features, and algorithms to optimize content performance and engagement. Proactively explore and utilize new social media features, tools, and techniques to enhance brand visibility and reach. Keep a pulse on competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Metrics Tracking and Reporting :


- Assist in monitoring key social media metrics and performance indicators to track the effectiveness of content strategies.


- Provide regular reports and analysis on social media performance, audience growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.


- 6, Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies for optimization and growth.

Requirements/Skills :

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in the food or culinary industry.

- Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie, etc.). - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt writing style for different platforms.

- Comfortable in front of the camera and ability to present in videos or live streams.

- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with current food trends.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Passion for food, culinary experiences, and a solid understanding of food content preferences in the digital space.
