Key Responsibilities :

- Strategies & implement comprehensive sales planning & execution for restaurant acquisition

- Own the sales targets, continuously improve the sales processes & own sales cycle from lead to closure

- Drive continuous funnel improvement by capturing key details, objection handling, & closure cycles

- Data driven analysis diligently to define the future plans

- Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team, monitor progress, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

- Strategic thinking in order to achieve organisation's goals, conduct research, competitor intelligence analyse market trends, identifying partner opportunities, & formulate plan to drive growth

- Collaboration with internal stakeholders-onboarding, account management, product, marketing, customer success teams

You will :

We are looking for someone who has :

1. 5-8+ years of experience in sales focused role, preferably in a fast-paced technology driven environment

2. Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with clients

3. Leadership skills to drive & motivate the team

4. Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, both written and verbal

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making

6. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

7. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for sales management and tracking

8. Experience with the food-tech sector is a plus
