HOGR Food Network - Executive - Restaurant Onboarding (1-2 yrs)
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Training and Development Manager to support the growth and development of our Sales team. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage the on-boarding process for restaurants in a structured and timely manner.
- Ensure that the information related to restaurants is accurate and updated on the system.
- Ensure a high quality recommended menu, working with restaurants to ensure sufficient photos, menu completion, ensure price parity etc.
- Timely escalation of issues that could impact partner experience (Eg. Delayed revisions, etc.)
- On-boarding of newly launched restaurants - specifically ensuring completion of needed OB details, menu collection, ensuring sanity checks, mystery shopping to ensure no hiked prices, etc.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Training & Development Manager or similar.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
- Experience in project management and budgeting.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
- Ability to build rapport with team members, customers & clients.
- Fluency in English & Hindi and any one local language(Kannada, Tamil etc..)
6 months to 1.5 years of experience.
