HOGR Food Network - Executive - Customer Support (2-4 yrs)

- We are looking for technically skilled candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the customer success position. You are responsible to troubleshoot technical issues (relating to app), provide timely customer feedback, and support the onboarding of new restaurants, among other duties.

Responsibilities :

- Regular and intuitive response to customer queries and feedback

- Understanding the customer requirements and relaying the same to respective teams / departments.

- Attending and making calls, email, chats whenever necessary on the relevant platforms.

- Troubleshooting technical issues pertaining to onboarding, vouchers, discounts, payments / bills etc..

- Doing a quality check on the posts made by the customers.

- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.

- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.

- Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.

- Following up with customers /restaurants to ensure the problem is resolved.

- Managing multiple cases at one time.

- Cataloging: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings of menu items, prices, descriptions, and images to provide a seamless ordering experience for customers.

- Onboarding clients: Assisting in the process of onboarding new clients to the platform.

Requirements :

- Ability to stretch self to reach customer satisfaction and provide an error free product.

- Any Graduate with minimum 2 years' experience in similar roles

- Should be high on initiative, relationship building and analytical skills.

- Prior experience in customer support or tech support or similar role.

- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Good written and verbal communication.

- Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
