HOGR Food Network - Brand Manager (4-8 yrs)
- Job Overview We're looking for a person who will take ownership of building brand HOGR. Since we're a young brand, you will get to play a role in shaping the positioning of the brand, as well as planning and executing the marketing activities that will help us meet our brand and business goals.
Responsibilities :
1. Build an understanding of consumer behaviour and current trends to plan, design and implement a brand strategy to increase awareness, and meet brand and business objectives
2. Own the brand messaging across customer touchpoints - brand identity, positioning, communication on and off the platform, collateral for partners etc
3. Work with internal teams and external agencies for marketing campaigns, content creation, advertising and distribution across traditional and digi-social media
4. Design brand health parameters and track them consistently
5. Lead all brand collaboration and partnership opportunities
6. Understand the business landscape and provide informed perspectives on business metrics like user acquisition, partner acquisition, and retention and usage.
7. Manage the in-house design team.
Qualification : MBA or equivalent
Skills & Experience :
- 4-8 years of brand management experience across ATL, BTL and digital media in FMCG/FMCD/Ecommerce/Foodtech/D2C brands (not agency)
- Understanding of the marketing mix and brand frameworks - strategy and execution
- Very strong written and verbal communication
- Relevant experience in team management
- A combination of creative and analytical thinking
- Problem solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people from diverse functions
- Eat to live' is ok, but 'live to eat' is preferred
