Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to drive our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging Google Analytics, user install tracking tools, and CRM campaigns to optimize our online marketing strategies. You will play a critical role in understanding user behavior, improving user acquisition, and measuring the effectiveness of our CRM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Utilize Google Analytics/Internal Databases to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.

- Implement and manage user install tracking solutions to monitor app downloads and usage.

- Develop and execute CRM campaigns, including email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

- Segment and target users effectively based on their behavior and preferences.

- Measure and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging tools to enhance digital marketing efforts.

- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Analytics, user install tracking, and CRM campaign management.

- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

- Familiarity with user tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Firebase, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Experience with CRM software and email marketing platforms.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications :

- Google Analytics or CRM certification is a plus.

- Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.

- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is preferrable
