The Role:

The AD will work with the Clients Marketing Communication team to manage the delivery of world class in-store marketing campaigns. Responsibility of this role covers localisation, production, deployment, and evaluation of all Channel Marketing Communications across multiple partner environments.

This person will need to be fluent in retail marketing and should be highly experienced in managing launch, promotional, and sustain campaigns. The position requires proven project management, relationship building, creative development, and executional skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage localization and transcreation of all Channel Marketing Communication materials

- Develop close partnerships with client's Global Channel team to foster communications around new campaigns and programme plans

- Partner closely with the new store opening communications manager to ensure that all new Carrier Programmes, Client Shops, and Clients Premium Resellers are supported with a package of launch communications

- Work closely with the client's partner Marcom teams to ensure best-in-class execution for launch communications

- Work closely with agency partners, print, and fulfilment vendors to ensure that campaigns are delivered ontime and at the highest quality to the relevant points of sale. This includes tight partnership with the procurement manager to oversee the performance of these vendors and further develop relationships, ensuring that all partners understand and work closely to maintain our client's established quality standards

- Maintain accurate and up to date campaign records

- Assist with quarterly executive summaries

Requirements

- Bachelor degree and a minimum of 6 years experience preferred in campaign/project management within an agency or in-house creative team

- Experience managing creative development and production process for retail creative deliverables and managing cross functional teams - High attention to details

- Knowledge in iWorks and Microsoft Excel essential, with the ability to learn new technology quickly

- Self-motivated and flexible. The candidate should be process driven but able to deal with rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Hindi and English

- Must be able to travel as required, sometimes several weeks at a time
