We are looking for someone to head our Adwords/PPC and Search Engine Optimization efforts, and to also work with our content marketing team on content and distribution strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

- Demonstrated expertise with Google Analytics, AdWords (PPC in general), and Webmaster Tools

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Remember, you'd be working on our content strategy too

- Ability to deeply understand the product and market, and work on building a scalable strategy for organic and paid search

- Experience with analyzing website structure and content, and optimizing for search and referral traffic

- Functional understanding of HTML and CSS, SEO/SEM components, and related skills

- Ability to quickly start using multiple analytics tools like Kissmetrics/Mixpanel, and drive strategy from insights gained from these tools

- Abilit to present data and reports in an effective, understandable manner

- Experience with marketing automation products is a huge plus

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Do a detailed keyword analysis keeping our product and market in mind, and come up with a comprehensive SEO and Adwords strategy

- Execute the SEO strategy in partnership with our engineering and content teams

- Build Adwords campaigns and landing pages, and work consistently on our campaigns to make sure they deliver maximum RoI

- Use collected data to consistently improve our marketing

- Build reports for internal use and for the consumption of the company management

- Keep in step and up to date with all new development in the industry, and make sure we make the best of them
