Hiteshi Infotech - Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for Business Development Executives to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a business development background that enables them to engage at all levels of a customer and partners, including C-levels of the business and IT. You will be responsible for identifying sales prospects and leads, pitching and selling services as well as maintaining good relationships with customers and users.

Experience- 2-4 Yrs

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for acquisition of new client business and nurturing existing accounts for up sell and cross-sell covering all aspects of Sales, Business Development and Account Management

- Bidding on online portals like upwork, Freelancer, etc

- Identify new business opportunities and have a competitive edge in their assigned market

- Communicating with customers, making outbound cold calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

- Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.

- Provide accurate, complete and comprehensive responses to bid and sales leads. Maintaining good relationships with existing customers

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

- Cold calling to help generate leads.

- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers

Desired Skill Set:

- Experience in IT Industry (Services Based) preferred

- Able to handle international clients

- Aggressive attitude and keen to chase the Revenue Targets

- Experience with lead generation and prospect management

- Persuasive and goal-oriented

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

- Should have handled the Business Development Life cycle from generating the lead to closing the business.

- Good in negotiations

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
