Operations Executive(After Sales) role requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and thrives under pressure
- A team player - personable and easy to get along with
- Superb time management and attention to detail
- Must have basic excel skills
- Must be willing to dial 100 numbers in a day
- Previous experience in retention related activities is a plus
- Should have good understanding of conversions and know hows of ways to improve the retention statistics as well as Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Should be able to handle the FAQs on technical glitch, errors.
Skills Required:
1. Good communication skills
2. Recruitment Industry Knowledge
3. Basic excel skills
4. Attention to detail
5. SQL knowledge is a plus.
6. Basic knowledge of major Tech skills in demand would be a plus - Backend, Front end, Full Stack, Python, PHP, Data Science, AI, ML Etc
