Hireavilla - Home Acquisition Manager (2-4 yrs)

Role :

- Responsible for Growth in the supply side of hireavilla.

- Generate leads of property owners/developers in their specific locations of operation.

- Reach-out to property owners/Developers, Pitch them our property management & rental services.

- Explain to them the onboard process comprehensively.

- Process the Agreement work with the homeowners.

- Execute the onboarding process.

- Ensure property meets HAV standards and resolve issues if any.

- Maintain relationships with property owners and resolve their apprehensions.

- Besides the primary role of home acquisition also responsible for identifying meaningful partnerships with other brands that will help hireavilla grow and partnerships that will add more value to its customer.

- Excellent sales skills and understanding of the onboarding process.

- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

- Excellent numerical skills and financial awareness, ability to accurately calculate detailed projections.

- Strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

- Need to know how to edit pitch decks for sending a proposal

Core Competencies :

- Personality: High Energy, go-getter, and proactive.

- Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility, and accountability for results.

- Must understand the Onboarding process.

Acquisition Skills :

- Relevant Acquisition training.

- Understanding the Onboarding funnel.

- Understanding Onboarding Strategies etc.

Other Requirements :

- Ability to Travel 60 - 70%

- Prior experience or involvement in: sales training, leadership development, and customer/client service

Location: Goa

KPI :

- Generating 30 Good leads for home acquisition every month.

- Converting and onboarding at-least 3 properties every month.

Home acquisition partnerships :

- Developers of Vacation home projects.

- Partner and create a broker network of premium brokers who has an HNI network, who can help us connect with Premium homeowners.
