The lab is fully automated NABL Accredited lab. It is spread across 10,000 sqft and has state-of-the-art equipment from the most reputed equipment manufacturers from the USA, Germany, Switzerland, Japan etc. This Lab can undertake all kinds of tests under one roof.
Role and Responsibility :
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A polite and friendly manner (being rude never gets you anywhere)
- Lots of initiative.
- A positive attitude.
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
- Providing information to customers.
- Monitoring sales performance.
- Closing sales deals.
- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
- Updating customer details.
