Requirement

We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to boost our Customer Support by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for providing end-to-end customer support for our HT School all verticals which includes users & course partners.

- Support day-to-day customer support operations via (calls, emails & chats).

- Courses calendar management, and live eLearning testing

- Provide courses content with students (including sessions& training materials, user guides, etc.)

- Will work closely with Partners & our internal teams in utilizing the LMS within their respective areas

- Curriculum builds - Works closely with instructors & partners to accurately define, design, develop and implement LMS curriculum build to support role-based training

- Assists in the creation, management, and enforcement of LMS standards, policies, and operating procedures; drive continuous process improvement

- Collect and maintain data from partner events and other initiatives

- Support data entry of events including setting up new classes, running reports, and monitoring course enrolment

- High proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook / Word, etc.)

Professional Skills :

- More than two years- experience working with Edu-Tech firms & customer services role

- Detail-oriented

- Soft Skills

- Good command over written and spoken English

- Keen eye for detail

- Willingness to embrace chaos, ambiguity and the start-up culture

- Ability to multitask and work well in a team

- Ability to collaborate between cross-functional teams

- Strong sense of ownership, and accountability

- Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills

- Quick learner

- Ability to manage time efficiently

Qualification :

Graduate/MBA
