Reporting to : Marketing Manager - International Business
Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities :
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience from country managers
- Identify product gaps and generate new ideas to help fill the same
- Assess market competition
- To lead and deliver customer communication in a way consistent with our core objectives and brand values
- Work closely with teams at factories, creative team and agencies
- Liaise and manage relevant internal parties such as sales, purchase & production on requirements for new product releases including packaging and functionality
- Social media management and optimization to create meaningful customer engagement and brand awareness
- Ensure website is updated with relevant information, and to actively pursue new ideas on improving the online experience for the consumers
Requirements :
- MBA with specialization in marketing.
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player
- Must be comfortable travelling to factory and for vendor visits (10%)
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel. Strong PowerPoint skills is a plus
