Sales Head JD

- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers

- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers

- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues

- Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities

- Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them

- Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices

- Create strategies and work with clients to boost brand

- Help promote and maintain a positive company image

Qualifications for Sales Head:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships

- A background in customer service or sales is a plus

- Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)

- Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly

- Ability to work well with others and lead a team

- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.

Job description for ASM:

- ASM will be responsible for developing month-by-month Sales of his/ her team and territory to make sure that Company targets are met.

- Developing the team to take up higher responsibilities in due course.

- Proper implementation of Marketing and Sales strategies

- Ensure a suitable distribution channel for the availability of the products

- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data and periodical forecasting

- Will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates for team expansion.

- He will be reporting to the Regional Business Manager/ Sales Head

Territory Sale Executive JD:

- Willing to Travel, Daily Reporting to Head Office, Goal oriented, self motivated, pro active. .

- Job Duties: Meet customers and demonstrate product on Company's highly potential leads. Go-To Market Strategy Generate new leads from market through visits, customer referrals, Industry referrals, similar industry customers, etc.


- Educate the customers about various products and services available.

- Meet customers - Top retail chains, Banks, Corporate to generate quality leads.

- Demonstrate products, get product approvals and thrive for sales conversions.
