Job Role :
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
1. The candidate will be responsible in creating a positive customer experience
2. The candidate will be responsible for pursuing leads and help in converting them to customers
3. The candidate will be pursuing the leads all over the day over phone call & WhatsApp or any other means of communication
4. The candidate should also handle the customer in-store.
5. The candidate should be comfortable to go to other store or any other places for partnerships or sales.
6. The candidate will be responsible for further future communications with customers regarding their order updates as well as promotional communication.
Skill Set :
1. Ability to speak good English, Telugu & Preferably Hindi
2. Ability to communicate effectively, assertively and attitude towards creating best customer experience
3. Preferably interested in fashion/Apparel industry
